My company, Maximums Productivity, was born out of a vision to provide a service that would maximise the productivity of existing business resources, both human and IT, through relevant training. Following 13 years employment in secretarial and administrative roles it was a natural development.
Extensive knowledge of computer systems and software, hands on experience with manual systems within a variety of business environments, a high level of communication skills and a strong desire to share my knowledge gave my business both its name and objective: Maximums Productivity.
A further 10 years of training experience including design, development and presentation of custom and public courses to a broad audience and the establishment of a very successful training business offering custom and public courses, authoring of training materials, change management, and more, has led to a depth and breadth of experience not commonly found in application developers.
Together with a mind that favours patterns and systems, and the proven ability to empathise and relate to all levels of employees across a broad range of industries, I understand what is required by the stakeholders and have the experience and the creativity and the know how to be able to provide it.
Maximums Productivity is constantly evolving and will continue to do so. I was excited by the shift from typewriters to word processors. I was excited by the generation of personal computing and now I am excited by it’s evolution into mobile computing and the interactive user experience. The iOS environment and the ease with which we can all access and integrate the world wide web has become commonplace now and the future for this technology is limitless. I am excited to be a part of that!
FileMaker Pro is the development tool I choose to use to build database solutions to achieve my client's objectives. The FileMaker® platform offers incredible power packaged up using FileMaker Pro, a brilliant, rapid development tool which readily enables me to turn concepts and ideas into successful working solutions. It's economy isn't just in initial setup costs and development time, but in return on investment offering the flexibility to expand functionality, expand the user base, in seamlessly meeting the changing needs of a successful business. I have been a FileMaker® Business Alliance member for longer than I can remember, and before it's existence, a member of the Claris Solutions Alliance.
